We offer flex garage spaces that are tailored for small to medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs and hobbyists. Our customers include: Landscapers, plumbers, electricians, specialty services, or anyone needing space larger than self-storage but smaller and less expensive than a traditional industrial space.

 

Each ProSpace unit consists of a sizeable warehouse space large enough to park a vehicle. Adjacent to the warehouse is a small office and half bathroom. Amenities include WiFi, shared conference room, mailbox, and parking.

  • Large Garage Door: 12'x14' tall drive-in door with opener.

  • Individually metered electric.

  • LED lighting.

  • Polished concrete floors.

Other Features Include:​

  • Parking: Dedicated parking spaces allocated for tenant use.

  • Mail Service: Handling and distribution of incoming mail for tenants.

  • Trash Service: Multiple dumpsters on site to accommodate overflow.

  • General Site Upkeep and Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs to preserve the overall condition and functionality of the property.

  • Security Cameras: Installing and monitoring security camera systems to enhance safety and security on-site.
